Paul Millerd
Paul Millerd is an independent writer, freelancer, and digital creator who explores themes of ambition, meaning, and freedom versus security in modern work.
He spent nearly a decade in strategy consulting, gaining experience at McKinsey & Company and Boston Consulting Group, where he developed expertise in coaching others on slide design, synthesis, and storytelling.
In 2017, he transitioned to independent consulting work and founded StrategyU, through which he has experimented with digital learning with dozens of clients around the world. Through StrategyU, he teaches knowledge workers the tools, frameworks, mindsets, and approaches used in strategy consulting.
